# What is CRM integration?

A CRM integration connects your calling platform to your customer-relationship software so leads flow in and call outcomes flow back automatically.

Inbound: new leads from forms or ads trigger a call without manual export. Outbound: the call result, summary and next step are written back to the lead record.

If your CRM has an API or webhook, you can usually connect it even without a ready-made plugin.
