# What is Webhook?

A webhook is an automatic message one system sends to another over the web when something happens, such as a call finishing.

When a call ends, a webhook can send the outcome, summary and captured fields to your CRM, spreadsheet or internal tool the moment it lands, without polling.

Always secure webhook endpoints, because they accept data from the internet: verify a secret or signature and answer quickly.

At Vyora: Vyora workflows can send a call's result to your own system through a webhook.

## Common questions

What data does a call webhook usually contain?
