# Grievance Officer

Vyora AI Labs LLP is a voice calling platform based in India. If you have a complaint about a call, a message or how your personal data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer. Your request is handled by a named person, not a generic inbox.

## How to raise a complaint

    ### Write to the Grievance Officer

    Email the details to admin@vyora.ai. Include your name, the phone number or email we might have on record, the date of the call or message, and what you want us to do.

    ### We acknowledge within 48 hours

    You receive a written acknowledgement with a reference number. We will tell you if we need anything else from you.

3.  03

    ### We investigate and respond

    We look into the call, the campaign it came from and the consent on record, then reply with what we found and what we did. We aim to resolve complaints within 15 days.

## What you can ask us to do

-   Ask what personal data we hold about you, and for a copy.
-   Ask us to correct inaccurate details.
-   Ask us to erase your data, where we are not required to keep it.
-   Ask us to stop calling you, and to add your number to our do-not-call handling.
-   Complain about a call made through Vyora, including unwanted or unlawful calls.

Calls are made on behalf of our business customers, who hold the consent for them. If you want a business to stop calling you, we will pass the request on, and you can also ask that business directly. Our [privacy policy](https://www.vyora.ai/privacy-policy) explains what data we hold and why.
