Vyora ("we", "us", "our") is an AI automation and voice agent service operated by Vyora AI Labs LLP (LLPIN: ACZ-8259), a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India with its registered office at 375/10B, Vrindavan Yojna, R.B. 4. AI and Voice Calling Disclosure

Our services involve automated AI-powered voice calls. Calls made through our platform may be recorded and transcribed. End users contacted via our AI agents are called on behalf of our clients who have obtained necessary consents for such communications.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Call recordings and transcripts are retained as per our client agreements.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA (know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal data). We do not sell or share your personal data — the same request channel above covers these rights.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Ringg AI (and other underlying voice/telephony providers) — AI call orchestration, voice synthesis, and telephony
• Razorpay — payment processing for INR-billed customers
• Our international payment partner — payment processing for USD-billed customers
• Resend — transactional and lifecycle email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting
• Google Analytics — website analytics (if applicable)

9. Google User Data (Limited Use)

Vyora offers an optional Google Calendar integration. If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request only the minimum access needed to schedule appointments on your behalf:

• Availability (free/busy) times — so your AI agent knows which slots are open. We read when you are busy, not the titles, guests, or contents of those events.
• Creating calendar events — so your AI agent can book a confirmed appointment into the calendar you choose, during a call.

Google account tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to perform the actions above on your behalf. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it to train, develop, or improve any generalised AI or machine-learning model. No Vyora employee reads your Google Calendar data, except where you have given explicit permission for support, where it is necessary for security purposes, or where we are required to by law.

Vyora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect your calendar at any time from the Integrations section inside Vyora, or revoke Vyora's access directly from your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect, we delete the stored access and refresh tokens.

10. International Data Transfers

Our services are operated from India and serve customers globally. If you are accessing our services from outside India, your data — including call recordings, transcripts, and account data — is transferred to and processed in India, regardless of your billing currency or country.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
