This policy applies to all Vyora subscription plans (Free, Builder/Starter, Business/Growth) and credit top-up packs, regardless of whether you are billed in INR (via Razorpay) or USD (via our international payment partner). Because credits never expire, most billing situations resolve without a cash refund — see below.
One-time top-up packs are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, as they are a consumable digital good delivered immediately on purchase.
If you are charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge with no corresponding credits added, or a technical failure on our end — email us within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a full refund for the erroneous amount once confirmed.
Enterprise plans are billed under a separate agreement. Refund terms for Enterprise customers are whatever is stated in that agreement; this page's terms apply only where the Enterprise contract is silent.
If you believe you've been billed incorrectly, please contact us first at hello@vyora.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues are resolved faster this way, and an unresolved chargeback may result in account suspension while it's investigated.
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (card, UPI, or other method used at checkout) and are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
