What is Connect rate?
Connect rate is the share of dialled calls that reach a live person.
It is affected by number quality, time of day, how recently the lead enquired and whether callers recognise the number. A low connect rate is usually a data or timing problem, not a script problem.
Retrying at different times often lifts results, which is why retry gaps and windows are worth tuning.
