What is Calling hours in India?
Under TRAI's rules, promotional calls in India may only be made between 9 AM and 9 PM.
Calling outside that window risks complaints and penalties, and it annoys customers. Campaign tools should enforce the window automatically instead of relying on people to remember it.
Time zones are not an issue for domestic calling, but scheduling matters: a campaign set up in the evening should wait until the next morning rather than dial late.
At Vyora: Vyora campaigns and workflow list runs are held to 9 AM to 9 PM IST.
