What is Outbound calling?
Outbound calling is when a business phones its leads or customers, as opposed to waiting for them to call in.
Typical outbound jobs are lead follow-up, payment and EMI reminders, appointment reminders, order confirmation and surveys. Commercial outbound calls in India must follow TRAI's rules on number series, consent and calling hours.
Outbound campaigns live or die on timing and follow-up: contacting leads quickly, retrying unanswered numbers at sensible intervals, and recording clear outcomes.
At Vyora: Vyora campaigns keep to 9 AM to 9 PM IST.
