Consent for AI calls means holding a record that the person agreed to be contacted, for the purpose you are calling about.
For leads, the usual source is a form where they provided their number and agreed to be contacted. Keep the timestamp, the wording they saw and the source.
Opening the call with who you are and that the call may be automated builds trust, and an easy way to opt out should always be honoured.
