On Free, campaigns use fixed calling hours of 9 AM to 9 PM and 2 retries.
How many calls run at the same time?
Up to 10 calls can run at the same time; Business accounts are given priority.
Can I receive inbound calls on Builder?
Yes, on any plan, as long as you have your own dedicated number. The shared number cannot receive calls. Inbound is turned on by the number, not by the plan. See Inbound calls and AI receptionist.
On the ₹799 plan, can I buy a number separately?
Yes. The dedicated number is an add-on on Free and Builder:
